This role involves collaborating with other staff to foster family connections while managing the residential facility's overall functionality. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate daily living activities such as shopping and cleaning
- Assist with family connections and life skills training for youths
- Maintain the residence through housekeeping and upkeep tasks
- Escort youths to off-site programs and appointments
- Ensure proper administration of medications and documentation Requirements:
- Grade 12 diploma paired with relevant post-secondary education
- Explicit criminal and background checks mandatory
- Valid Class 5 driver's license is required
- Certification in Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C
