- Identify and support client's personal goals and objectives
- Collaborate with community organizations and health providers
- Assess initial needs for women accessing shelter services
- Provide crisis intervention and daily programming
- Ensure compliance with YWCA policies and maintain confidentiality Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Social Work or similar
- Commitment to supporting marginalized populations
- Experience with trauma-informed and crisis management practices
- Familiarity with the social housing landscape in Hamilton
