Role Description:
5 years in infrastructure platform engineering
Hands-on experience with OpenShift. Kubernetes cluster design and operations
OpenShift Virtualization (or KubeVirt-based solutions)
Experience delivering production-grade cluster platforms at scale
Required Skill Set:
Core Platform Red Hat OpenShift (cluster build, operations, upgrades)
Kubernetes architecture (control plane, worker nodes, scheduling) Networking (Critical)
Strong knowledge of o TCPIP, routing, switching, firewalls o SDN (OVN, NSX, or equivalent)
Experience with o Network segmentation and zoning models o Load balancing, Ingress, Routes, and service exposure Automation (Critical)
Ansible AAP (robust preference) Infrastructure as Code (GitOps, pipelines) Scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) Virtualization OpenShift Virtualization KubeVirt Migration from VMware or legacy virtualization platforms
