Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time FTE & Contract

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations, integrations, and custom application development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, Apex development, enterprise integrations, data migration, and technical leadership across large-scale Salesforce programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions.

Architect and deliver Salesforce customizations, integrations, and application enhancements.

Lead Salesforce data migration, ETL, and data quality initiatives.

Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, and third-party platforms.

Manage Salesforce development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components/LWC, JavaScript, and Salesforce APIs.

Define best practices for application development, CI/CD, deployment, testing, and release management.

Oversee change management, release management, and production deployments.

Identify technical risks, resolve complex issues, and ensure solution scalability and performance.





Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

3+ years leading enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Platform.

Experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle, SAP, and other enterprise applications.

Hands-on experience with ETL, data migration, and data quality initiatives.

Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as Informatica Cloud or similar middleware.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP services, and enterprise integration patterns.

Experience with CI/CD, Release Management, and Change Management.

Robust leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Application/System Architect certifications.

Experience working in global delivery models.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

Experience with AppExchange solutions and third-party Salesforce integrations.
