In this vital role, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing the costs associated with our operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. Your expertise will help optimize budgeting processes, improve cost control measures, and enhance overall financial efficiency. - Prepare and analyze cost reports, including product costing, inventory valuation, and departmental expenses
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements and ledger entries
- Assist with budgeting activities by monitoring expenses against forecasts and identifying variances
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify transaction accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Support auditing processes by providing detailed documentation of cost-related transactions and account analyses.

Qualifications





- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft is essential
- Familiarity with corporate finance principles and financial services industry standards
- Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable functions effectively
- Ability to perform detailed account analysis and support budgeting efforts with precision
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
