Reporting to the Director of Development, this position is vital for fostering long-term relationships with devoted donors passionate about the Museum's mission. You will manage a portfolio of major gift donors, develop creative solicitation strategies, and identify new opportunities for financial diversification. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage major gift donor portfolio through stewardship and solicitation
• Identify and qualify recent prospects leveraging research and networks




• Build and deepen relationships to enhance donor passion
• Pursue corporate sponsorship and foundation opportunities
• Maintain detailed portfolio records for effective management
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent fundraising experience
• Minimum four years in major gift relationship management
• Proven success in soliciting gifts from donors
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience with donor databases and CRMs, Tessitura preferred
