CE operates primarily in the business-to-business environment where its products are sold through licensed HVAC dealers and HVAC contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. CEC offers customers a wide range of HVAC/R product lines, competitive pricing, best-in-class customer service and valuable, time-saving services that positions CEC as an industry leader. With 34 locations in Canada and over 150 locations, in 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, there is a location to service our customers HVAC/R needs. We are currently accepting internal and external applications for the Counter Sales Associate. The Prospect Provide top quality service to our customers Handle customer calls and inquiries Quote prices to customers Process customer orders over the counter and telephone Maintenance of the showroom, including stocking shelves Merchandise and inventory maintenance Warehouse support,



including shipping and receiving What You Offer At least 2 to 3 years of technical experience or sales experience in the HVAC/R industry Front counter or inside sales experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Positive attitude and customer service oriented Computer literacy Preference will be given to those who have previous HVAC/R wholesale experience and/or who have graduated from a HVAC/R technical program Why work for CE Canada?
