As an HR Advisor, you’ll support various HR functions including hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with managers and employees across the firm to provide practical HR solutions and guidance. Your contributions will help Stewart McKelvey maintain a positive work culture that values diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes and engage with candidates
• Conduct employee orientation sessions for new hires
• Provide support and advice on HR programs and best practices




• Assist with wellness initiatives and firm-wide events
• Address HR-related inquiries and employee relations matters
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
• Relevant HR experience in a professional environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
