THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a Licensed 433A Millwright for a well-established industrial facility in Arthur, Ontario, specializing in environmental and production operations.
This is a hands-on maintenance role responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining plant equipment in a clean, safety-focused, and team-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect,
troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment
Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
Repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and packaging systems
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Use welding and fabrication equipment when required
Replace defective parts using hand and power tools
Install and maintain plant equipment and machinery
Prioritize maintenance repairs to minimize downtime
Follow all company health & safety policies and procedures
Maintain accurate preventative maintenance documentation
REQUIREMENTS
Valid 433A Millwright License
3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Robust troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and preventative maintenance
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid G Class Driver’s License
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding work
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying industrial and weather conditions
Strong commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures
