MDA Space is seeking an IT Analyst to strengthen its Tier 2 Deskside Support team across multiple business areas. This one-year contract role focuses on providing exceptional computer support services to MDA staff while enhancing technical knowledge daily.
Aiming to foster collaboration among teams, this role requires solid experience in user support, including troubleshooting and analyzing technology issues. You will contribute to maintaining seamless operations for desktops, laptops, and software across various departments, ensuring user readiness and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment while fulfilling a variety of technical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 2 technical and user support effectively




• Enter and manage Incident and Service Request tickets
• Troubleshoot desktop and mobile device issues
• Maintain expertise in Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365
• Create departmental procedures and support documentation
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in related studies
• Minimum 1 year of support experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Security clearance at Reliability Status level
