We are currently recruiting for a Licensed 310T Mechanic to join a well-established environmental services operation in the Niagara Region.
This is a hands-on maintenance role supporting a fleet of trucks and heavy equipment. The successful candidate will perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and local roadside service to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventative maintenance on a fleet of heavy equipment and highway transport vehicles
- Diagnose and complete major mechanical repairs to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair powertrain, electrical, emissions, hydraulic, brake,
and suspension systems
- Perform inspections, servicing, and general repairs as required
- Provide roadside service and emergency breakdown support for local fleet operations
- Utilize diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Complete accurate service records, work orders, and maintenance documentation
- Identify potential issues and recommend repairs to improve fleet reliability
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete repairs effectively
REQUIREMENTS
- 10T Truck & Coach Technician License required
- 5+ years of experience as a Truck & Coach Technician preferred
- Heavy-duty mechanic experience considered an asset
- Experience working on highway transport equipment and construction equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CAT equipment is a robust asset
- Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
