Job Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in leading and conducting comprehensive business analysis to assess client challenges and opportunities. This position involves developing strategies, business cases, and feasibility studies for business and IT initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and deliver clear, actionable requirements for technology solutions. Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Certifications:

- Minimum 7 years of experience leading business analysis and documenting requirements for technology solutions.
- Proven ability to develop strategies, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and conduct feasibility studies.
- Expertise in business modeling techniques: use case modeling, data modeling, process and data flow modeling.
- Experience conducting gap analyses on vendor release upgrades and recommending process and solution changes.
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills with a track record of building stakeholder rapport.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.




- Ability to manage evolving requirements with traceability through development and implementation phases.
- Highly proficient in MS Office and translating business requirements into epics, scenarios, and mockups.
- Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies and public sector IT policies.
- Experience with OPS Health-related projects and mainframe/legacy systems.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Ministry policy and IT project approval processes.
- Demonstrated ability to apply robust listening skills to facilitate issue resolution.
- Proven customer service skills, including tact and diplomacy.
- Motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, creative team player with excellent organization and multitasking abilities.

Special Considerations:
- Position requires onsite presence at the designated office location.
- Must comply with contract extension limitations based on unused contract days and remaining funds.
- Work involves engagement with public sector projects and adherence to related policies.

Scheduling:
- Work 7.25 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM excluding lunch breaks.
- Five days onsite required.
