THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a 310T Truck & Coach Technician to join a well-established heavy-duty repair and fabrication shop in Stoney Creek, Ontario.
This is a hands-on role focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty commercial trucks and trailers. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced shop environment, handling a variety of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs while ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, working on a wide range of equipment, and taking ownership of their repairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
Complete inspections in accordance with MTO and CVOR standards
Use diagnostic tools and software to identify issues and recommend repairs
Accurately complete work orders, including parts and service details
Collaborate with service and parts teams to ensure efficient workflow
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance and company policies
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work workplace
REQUIREMENTS
310T Truck and Coach Technician license required
3-5 years of experience working as a technician on equipment
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience in a heavy-duty truck, trailer, or fleet maintenance environment
Familiarity with electronic diagnostic tools and systems
Valid driver’s license (DZ or AZ considered an asset)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
