and integrated control systems while maintaining regulatory compliance.Partner with Product Management and Engineering leadership to develop product roadmaps, business cases, and long‑term innovation strategies.Engage with customers to define future controls system requirements and identify opportunities for service growth.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while driving continuous process improvement.Skills and Qualifications10+ years of post‑graduate Controls Engineering experience, including at least 3 years managing Controls Engineers and Technicians and 8 years of combined leadership experience.Engineering degree with a valid P.Eng designation.Hands‑on experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLCs and Aveva InTouch SCADA systems.Strong knowledge of system integration, virtual machines, networking, cybersecurity, and industrial control systems.Excellent project management, budgeting, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.Demonstrated coaching, mentoring, and team development experience with the ability to make sound decisions in complex environments.Experience working within a regulated industry is considered a strong asset.
