This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, managing production schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The successful candidate will have strong experience in telecom, fibre, underground utility infrastructure, and long-haul linear construction environments.We are looking for a strong field leader who understands production-driven construction, multi-crew coordination, and the operational demands of large-scale infrastructure projects. This position will primarily support Saskatchewan operations while working closely with our Calgary corporate office and operations team.Compensation And BenefitsCompensation: $54-62 CAD per hourBenefits: Extended health benefits, company vehicle, company fuel cardThe OpportunityThis is a solid opportunity for an experienced infrastructure leader to take ownership of daily field execution across long-haul and corridor-based construction projects. this role offers strong project exposure and long-term growth potential.What You'll DoOversee daily field operations on long haul infrastructure projectsCoordinate supervisors, subcontractors, operators, and labour crewsManage production schedules, manpower, equipment, and materialsSupport telecom, fibre, underground utility, and civil infrastructure installationCoordinate multiple active work fronts and maintain production targetsEnsure all work is completed safely and to project specificationsRead and interpret civil drawings, utility layouts, schedules, and project plansConduct FLRAs, toolbox talks, and safety meetingsWork closely with project managers, inspectors, engineers, and clientsIdentify and resolve field conflicts, utility issues, and operational challengesMaintain daily reporting, project updates, and communication with operationsSupport mobilization and coordination for remote and long-haul project environmentsWhat Success Looks LikeMultiple work fronts are coordinated effectively, with crews, subcontractors, and equipment aligned to production targets.Telecom, fibre, underground utility, and civil infrastructure work is completed safely and in accordance with project specifications.Daily reporting, project communication,



and field issue resolution are handled consistently and proactively.Mobilization, logistics, and remote project coordination improve field efficiency across Saskatchewan operations.Project managers and operations leaders see you as a dependable superintendent who can lead complex long-haul infrastructure work.Required QualificationsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2-5 years of experience in infrastructure or construction supervisionExperience in telecom, fibre, or underground utility infrastructurePrevious experience leading crews or coordinating field operationsStrong knowledge of long haul infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of underground utility constructionStrong knowledge of telecom and fibre installation environmentsStrong knowledge of civil construction operationsExperience managing subcontractors and multiple crewsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to read and understand construction drawings and project schedulesValid driver's license with reliable transportationWillingness to travel and work throughout SaskatchewanPreferred QualificationsExperience on linear or corridor-based infrastructure projectsGround Disturbance Level IICSTS 2020Standard First AidClass 1 or Class 3 license considered an assetEquipment operating experience considered an assetWork Location / ScheduleLocation: Calgary, Alberta with Saskatchewan-based projectsHome base office: Calgary, AlbertaWork setting: Field-based with coordination through the Calgary officeSchedule: Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
