What You’ll Be Doing

- Welcoming customers and performing thorough vehicle walkarounds
- Preparing accurate work orders and estimates
- Communicating technical service needs in a customer‑friendly way
- Advising customers on the required/recommended services with confidence and clarity
- Promoting the need for preventative maintenance
- Giving the customer timely updates regarding the status of repair
- Providing support to the parts department and organizing parts when needed
- Completing required OEM and internal training

What We’re Looking For

- A valid Class 5 or greater Saskatchewan Drivers License is a must
- Strong computer skills – we need you to be able to navigate our DMS, OEM portal and email with ease
- Positive energy and drive to exceed customer expectations




- A proven background in a fast‑paced customer service setting is beneficial
- Minimum 2 years’ automotive industry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to diagnose concerns based on customer descriptions
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- A strong commitment to keeping yourself and others safe in the workplace
