As a pivotal member of the Securities Operations team, you will report to the Senior Manager and bring over 7 years of financial sector experience. Your role will necessitate deep knowledge of capital market instruments, effective team supervision, and proactive problem resolution. You will be responsible for approving trade captures and maintaining solid collaboration with various financial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and approve daily trade captures for capital market instruments
• Supervise and mentor junior analysts on complex derivatives
• Lead daily cash reconciliations between HOOPP and custodians




• Act as the main escalation point to resolve complex issues
• Manage interim and final audit activities for Securities Operations
Requirements:
• University degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Completion/enrollment in a professional designation program (CFA preferred)
• 7+ years' experience in capital markets
• Strong knowledge of derivative instruments
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills
