The hourly pay range for this position is C$25. per hour - C$32. per hour.Working HoursThe Working Hours for this Position are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.Key PurposeThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the operation, inspection, replacement, repair, and maintenance of building systems and general infrastructure to ensure optimal facility performance.This role executes on both corrective and preventative maintenance, including completing scheduled inspections, addressing deficiencies, and ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently.The position requires responding to service requests and taking immediate action to resolve emergency situations or system breakdowns, while maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
