Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the technician will support administrative, operational, and maintenance activities. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform administrative follow-ups related to operations; Prepare various operational reports and documents; Participate in purchasing parts, supplies, and equipment required for operations; Follow up with suppliers; Maintain certain inventories, records, and tracking files up to date; Assist in planning and monitoring preventive maintenance activities; Provide support during equipment repairs and troubleshooting; Perform basic inspections and checks on equipment; Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives; Contribute to maintaining a safe work workplace; Participate in health and safety activities when required; Perform any other related duties as needed; QUALIFICATIONS Technical training in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field (an asset); Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; Good knowledge of computer tools and the Microsoft Office suite; English required (French considered an asset) PERSONALITY TRAITS Ability to learn and adapt; Strong organizational and priority management skills; Autonomy and resourcefulness; Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Attention to detail and commitment to quality work; Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
