Overview

We are seeking a Hedge Trimming Foreman for our growing company. This is a crew leader role focused on high-end residential pruning and trimming. Not for cutting down large trees or tree removal.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a trimming/landscaping crew on residential hedges and manicured landscapes.
- Ensure high quality workmanship and safety compliance.
- Plan daily tasks, assign roles, monitor progress, and maintain the schedule (Mon-Thu 7am-5pm).
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional gardening, planting, and related services.
- Support training and mentoring of crew members.

Qualifications

- Experience in landscaping or pruning; ability to learn quickly and follow directions.
- A driver's license and comfort driving pickup trucks (not mandatory but preferred).
- Reliability, time management, strong work ethic, positive can-do attitude.
- Integrity, confident but humble,



team player with a willingness to work hard.
- Availability for year-round, full time employment if desired.
