Extensive experience developing project charters, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk management strategies, and executive reporting while successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and executive leadership in complex enterprise environments.

Experiences

12+ years leading enterprise technology projects valued up to $XXM.

Managed cross-functional teams consisting of IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and third-party contractors.

Successfully delivered multiple concurrent projects while balancing competing priorities.

Developed project charters, schedules, budgets, communication plans,



and governance documentation.

Led executive steering committee meetings and provided regular status reporting.

Managed project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests throughout project lifecycles.

Coordinated implementation activities including after-hours production deployments and change windows.

Extensive stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams.

Strong focus on accountability, collaboration, and proactive communication.
