Role: OFSAA / FCCM TM Designer / Developer

Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid

Type: Contract 6-12 Months

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced OFSAA / FCCM Transaction Monitoring (TM) Designer/Developer to support the design, development, customization, and implementation of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and Oracle Financial Crime & Compliance Management (FCCM) Transaction Monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AML transaction monitoring, OFSAA architecture, data integration, and banking compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Oracle OFSAA FCCM Transaction Monitoring (TM) solutions.
- Configure and customize transaction monitoring scenarios, rules, thresholds, and alert generation.
- Develop and maintain OFSAA data models, metadata, and information domains.
- Design ETL processes for loading data into OFSAA using ODI or other ETL tools.
- Build and optimize transaction monitoring models to identify suspicious financial activities.
- Collaborate with AML Compliance, Risk, and Business teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Perform impact analysis, system enhancements, and production support.
- Develop PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, and performance tuning solutions.
- Integrate OFSAA FCCM with core banking and enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend performance improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and deployment artifacts.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10+ years of IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle OFSAA FCCM Transaction Monitoring (TM).




- Strong experience in designing and developing AML Transaction Monitoring solutions.
- Hands-on experience with:

- Oracle OFSAA Framework
- Oracle FCCM Transaction Monitoring
- OFSAA Infrastructure
- Information Domains
- Data Foundation
- Solid expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Informatica.
- Strong understanding of AML regulations, financial crime, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring concepts.
- Experience with Unix/Linux scripting.
- Knowledge of Oracle databases and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain is mandatory.
- Experience with Oracle FCCM Compliance Studio.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, FATF, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience integrating OFSAA with enterprise banking applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Oracle OFSAA/FCCM Certification is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
