We're a custom home interiors company specializing in window blinds and media walls, serving homeowners who value quality and a real customer experience. We've recently expanded from Winnipeg into Calgary and building the founding sales team here.

Who We're Looking For

- A strong communicator who's comfortable walking into someone's home
- Sales experience isn't required. What matters more: you're driven, competitive, and genuinely energized by people and a challenge.

What You'll Do

- Conduct in-home consultations with qualified homeowners- no cold calling




- Educate clients on custom blinds (and media walls, if you've got a design eye) - Training will be provided.
- Design solutions that fit their home and budget
- Close deals, prepare quotes, and guide customers through the process
- Build long-term relationships and represent the brand with integrity
- Base (minimum wage) + commission + performance bonuses — most reps land $4K+/month, top performers hit $6K+
- Full-time, paid training from day one

Must-Haves

- Valid driving license + reliable vehicle (you'll be across Calgary)
