Volker Stevin's Landscape Operators support a wide range of landscape construction and site development work, including grading, topsoil placement, final trimming, irrigation preparation, seeding, and general site finishing. Mini Excavator Operator Water Truck Operator - Single Axle Large Tractor Operator - 40-100HP Operators are responsible for the secure, efficient, and productive operation of assigned equipment while maintaining grade, finish quality and quality standards in support of project requirements. Safely operate landscaping and earthmoving equipment in accordance with company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and OH&S; regulations Perform fine grading, topsoil spreading, site prep, and final landscape finishing Operate water trucks for dust control and soil conditioning Use tractor attachments (harrows, seeders, etc.) to support landscape installation and restoration work Read and interpret grade stakes and site plans to complete work accurately Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance Work closely with supervisors and ground crews to ensure quality and productivity Operate equipment in residential, commercial, or tight urban environments while maintaining situational awareness Identify and report mechanical issues, hazards, or unsafe conditions Strong understanding of safe work practices around heavy equipment and ground crews Valid Class 5 with a Driver's Abstract showing no more than 6 demerits Note:
