Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (French / English) The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition and will be part of the Talent & Development team. Responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment and selection process of a requisition by identifying and utilizing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for FGF for both corporate and manufacturing roles. Utilize Recruitment Marketing Platforms: Implement and manage recruitment platforms to enhance the overall employer brand and attract passive candidates actively. (Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Sourcing: Explore and implement AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance candidate sourcing efficiency, automating repetitive tasks, and uncovering hidden talent pools. Identify areas for continuous improvement in the recruitment process, proactively suggesting and implementing enhancements to streamline operations. Create and maintain talent pipelines through personal connection and marketing campaigns. Recruitment;
Minimum of 3 - 4 years recruitment experience within both corporate and manufacturing workplace. Fully Bilingual French/English (written & spoken) required Experience with Talent Mapping/Pipeline building. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/requisitions. Previous experience working with an ATS system (ICIMS preferred) Able to work independently to achieve sourcing goals, while also working collaboratively with team members to generate ideas for networking, strategic sourcing, and candidate mapping. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
