Position: Sales Co-op Student

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Co-op Student to support our outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations within the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the team with lead generation.
- Assist the Sales team with preparing quotations and customer proposals.
- Support order processing and maintain accurate sales records.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Prepare sales reports and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with production, logistics,



and customer service teams.
- Assist with preparing presentations and marketing materials.
- Perform general administrative support for the Sales Department.
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a university or college program in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Comfortable with researching and contacting potential clients via email, phone, and professional networks.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
