We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Supervisor. This is a 30 hour, five days per week position.
Please apply only if you have a minimum of 1 year experience with the QAD software. An ideal candidate will have knowledge of plumbing and heating products. This role involves managing data entry staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and maintaining smooth office operations.
Duties
· Data entry using the QAD software system to order plumbing and heating products
· Training and monitoring clerks in QAD software system
· Supervise sales emails and distribute workload among clerks
· Coordinate, assign and review the work of clerks
· Coordinate activities with company shipping department and shipping services
· Resolve work-related problems regarding shipping and receiving material or products
· Daily report of sales volume and product availability from the data entry result
· Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
· Prepare purchase order for plumbing and heating supplies and materials
· Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work of office or warehouse
