About the Job

KSG is a rapid-growing sales and marketing organization proudly partnered with TELUS, one of Canada’s leading telecommunications providers. We deliver top-quality mobility, home services, and PureFibre solutions to residential customers across Vancouver, BC.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven D2D Sales Manager to lead a team of field sales representatives selling TELUS services to residential customers. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who knows how to recruit, coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable while driving consistent sales performance in the field.

The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day canvassing activity, support reps in the field, track performance, and help build a high-energy culture focused on customer engagement, ethical sales practices, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

- Actively sell TELUS home services door-to-door in residential areas
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Support your team in achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
- Provide coaching and performance feedback
- Help onboard and develop new team members




- Track team results and ensure high customer service standards
- Maintain professionalism, compliance, and safety in all field activities

What We Offer:

- $65,000 base salary + uncapped commission
- On-target earnings of $100,000+

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of door-to-door, direct sales, or customer-facing sales experience
- Leadership or team management experience is an asset
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Goal-driven, resilient, and comfortable working outdoors
- Organized and able to lead independently and collaboratively
