Empower Empire is a financial services brokerage. We support current advisors to the industry with a licensing program, structured product training, and leadership development for those looking to build both a client-focused practice and to train and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Educate clients on core financial concepts relating to investing and insurance
- Build and maintain your client base
- Participate in weekly training and professional development
- Identify, onboard and train new agents

What We’re Looking For

This requires individuals who are proactive in their work, a willingness to be trained/coached and an inclination to help others.

Qualifications

- Existing life insurance license (HLLQP) is preferred or can be completed in-house
- Previous experience in self-employment, entrepreneurship, sales, or business development preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn

Compensation

- This role starts as commission based or performance-based income.
- Reoccurring income grows from advisors’ book of business
- Optional income from training new agents
- Bonuses based on volume
