Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Truck Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy-duty trucks and industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on trucks, including diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and electrical components.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
- Conduct repairs on heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting gear safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and maintenance logs accurately for compliance and reporting purposes.




- Collaborate with team members to assemble or disassemble components during repairs or upgrades of industrial or automotive equipment.
- Assist in the operation of heavy machinery when necessary and support the training of junior technicians in proper repair techniques.

Skills

- Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair and heavy equipment maintenance.
- Dealership experience is highly desirable for familiarity with manufacturer-specific systems.
- Proficiency in working with schematics, electrical systems, and diagnostic tools.
- Hands-on experience with excavators, cranes, forklifts, HVAC systems, and farm machinery is a plus.
- Skilled in welding, industrial equipment assembly, and the use of power tools and hand tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various working conditions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients or team members.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance procedures across different industries.
