Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Programmer/Analyst – Level 2 to join our team for a 6 month (2 term possible extensions ) fully remote, Canada-based Contract position. The successful candidate will provide technical analysis, development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and production support for Infor/Lawson HR and Finance applications. This role also supports Infor upgrade initiatives, system enhancements, and ongoing application maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform technical analysis, design, development, testing, troubleshooting,



and production support for Infor/Lawson applications.
- Support Infor upgrade activities, regression testing, break/fix issues, UAT, and inbound/outbound system interfaces.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, QA, and project leads to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical and architectural guidance while supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience supporting Infor/Lawson HR and Finance applications.
- Hands-on experience with Infor technologies, including:
- Talent Management
- Global HR
- Lawson Finance S3
- Workforce Management
- Lawson Business Intelligence (LBI)
- Smart Notes
- Smart Office
- Infor Process Designer
- Infor Security Administrator
- d/EPM
- COBOL

- Experience with application upgrades, regression testing, production support, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, QA, and project leadership.
- Working knowledge of general insurance terminology and practices is an asset.

Location: This is a 100% remote position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and be available to work within Canadian business hours.
