Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Masonry Laborer to join our masonry team. This role involves assisting with various masonry and renovation projects and ensuring the efficient completion of construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties

- Assist with the preparation and mixing of mortar and concrete for masonry work
- Handle hand tools such as trowels, hammers, and chisels to support bricklaying and stonework
- Operate power tools including drills, saws, and grinders safely and effectively
- Support heavy equipment operation when necessary, including forklifts or mixers
- Setting up jobsite with scaffolding, planks as per safety requirements
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for all team members

Requirements





- Prior experience with construction or masonry work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills related to restoration, renovation, and schematics interpretation
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred
