Arborist Climber / Tree Care Technician (Immediate Start)

We’re hiring an experienced arborist climber to join our established tree care crew.

This is a secondary climber position working alongside an experienced lead climber, with a solid focus on proper pruning, tree care, and preservation—not just removals.

This is not an entry-level job. We need someone who can get into a tree and work safely and productively from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Climbing and performing precision pruning to ISA standards
- Working alongside the lead climber to complete canopy work efficiently
- Supporting technical removals when required
- Operating bucket trucks, chippers, loaders, and saws
- Helping deliver clean, professional jobs that clients notice

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of production climbing experience
- Comfortable working in the canopy using ropes, positioning systems, and saws
- Able to prune productively without sacrificing quality
- Interested in tree health, proper pruning, and long-term tree care
- Positive, dependable, no-drama attitude
- Shows up on time and pulls their weight
- Valid G licence required
- DZ licence is a major asset
- ISA Certified Arborist—or actively working toward certification—is an asset

Winter Setup—A Unique Advantage

Pay: $24.00-$34.00 per hour
