Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Sandwich Maker to join our team. This role involves preparing delicious sandwiches and other menu items in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality food service for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent customer service skills, and a solid commitment to food safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and customer specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Manage time efficiently to serve customers promptly during busy hours
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service at the cashier station
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure proper hygiene and safety protocols are maintained
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as needed




- Ensure all food products are stored properly and rotated according to safety guidelines

Requirements

- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environment is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, including Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen or food industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.08 per hour
