Must be a registered apprentice and have some knowledge of the following:

-Framing and sheeting wooden floors, walls and roofs.

-Installing vinyl siding and trims, clapboard siding and capecod siding.

-Installing windows roof shingles, exterior doors, keyed locks and deadbolts.

-Must be able to work unsupervised or with another employee.

Must have own vehicle & Valid Driver's License, Tools, Steel-Toed Safety Boots, Safety Glasses.

Must be able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.

Must have excellent oral communication skills, work in a professional manner, be completely reliable and be a Team player.

This role requires proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as a foundational understanding of woodworking and construction techniques.
