We are currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented Sales Associate (Tele-calling) to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for education and a proven background in student engagement, sales, or admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students, case managers, media, and other stakeholders, promoting the College’s programs and services.
- Utilize cold calling techniques to reach potential customers and schedule appointments for the recruitment team.
- Conduct engaging admissions interviews using the college’s structured format to assess candidates’ backgrounds, goals, and suitability for various programs.
- Guide applicants through the admissions and enrollment process, including documentation and payment options, in accordance with college policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, follow-ups, interviews, and enrollments using CRM systems
- Provide motivation, support, and clear communication to prospective students throughout their decision-making journey.
- Track and submit weekly reporting, including the number of leads generated, calls made, interviews conducted, and enrollments finalized.




- Attend regular marketing and admissions team meetings; contribute ideas to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Participate in industry and networking events when required to support student recruitment efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of sales, admissions, or customer service experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment (preferably in the education sector).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
