We’re looking for an experienced residential cleaner who can learn systems quickly, deliver consistent quality, and grow into a Trainer / Team Lead role over time.

Pay & Benefits

- $600-$1100+ per week (based on experience and performance)

This role has a clear path to become a Trainer / Team Lead for the right person.

You will:

- Learn our cleaning and quality systems in your first 2–6 weeks
- Demonstrate consistency, speed, and attention to detail
- Help coach and support new hires once ready
- Step into a paid Trainer role based on performance





If you’ve felt under-utilized or stuck in past cleaning jobs, this is your chance to grow — but growth is earned.

Responsibilities

- Show up to all scheduled cleans 5 minutes early
- Greet client.
- Remove dirt from home.
- Have the client sign the checklist.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- 2+ years residential cleaning experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Smartphone with data
- Able to lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, reach, and perform cleaning duties
- Comfortable working independently and with a partner
