Duties

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, and construction drawings to accurately execute projects.
- Ability to frame custom homes and residential additions.
- Install ICF forming and rebar installation for custom homes and residential additions.
- Install cabinetry, flooring, tiles, siding, roofing, and other finishing elements to meet design specifications.
- Ability to manage materials to reduce waste on site
- Able to perform heavy lifting in a safe manner
- Job site management, such as keeping your workspace, clean and safe.

Qualifications





- Proven experience in carpentry or related construction fields with a strong understanding of building processes.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, construction equipment.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, roofing techniques, siding application, tile laying, flooring installation, and cabinetry setup.
- Experience in restoration work or working on historic structures is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as required.
- Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
- Valid construction experience combined with the appropriate skills needed to complete any task on custom home or residential edition.
