Banh Mi Boys is looking for energetic, reliable, and hard-working Part-Time and Full-Time Crew Members to join our team. As a staple of Toronto’s fast-casual food scene, we pride ourselves on speed, flavour, and consistency.

We are currently hiring for all positions:

- Grill / Fry Cook
- Sandwich Maker
- Cashier

Key Responsibilities by Position

Grill / Fry Cook

- Station Management: Expertly operate the grill and deep fryer to prepare proteins and side items according to Banh Mi Boys’ specific recipes and standards.
- Prep & Stock: Assist with kitchen prep to keep your station fully stocked and ready for high-volume rushes.

Sandwich Maker

- Assembly & Quality Control: Build signature banh mi, bao, and tacos with speed, accuracy, and attention to visual presentation.
- Ingredient Prep: Ensure all fresh toppings, meats, and sauces are properly prepped and maintained at safe temperatures.

Cashier

- Customer Experience: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders at the counter, and answer menu questions with enthusiasm.
- Point of Sale & Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized counter and dining area.

General Expectations & Team Duties

- Speed & Quality:



Maintain a fast pace during peak hours without compromising quality or service.
- Food Safety: Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including food handling, storage, and station sanitation.
- Teamwork: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

- Experience: Previous experience in a fast-casual or high-volume restaurant environment is preferred.
- Skills: Robust multitasking ability, organization under pressure, and a positive attitude.
- Availability: Flexible schedule. Please include your availability.
- Certification: Valid Food Handler’s Certificate is a strong asset.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (for kitchen roles).
