Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sub contractor Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a secure and pleasant environment for all occupants. The cleaner SHOULD have a driving license and Cleaning supplies as well. This role is crucial in upholding the standards of cleanliness and hygiene that our clients expect.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in designated areas.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.




- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of work.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning or post-event clean-up.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
