Optical Laboratory & Store Support Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Burlington, ON (Brantvision Clinic) — With mobility across GTA locations (Oakville, Hamilton, Mississauga)

Full-time (40 to 45 hours per week | Monday to Saturday)
Salary:
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Laboratory & Production Support: Assist with lens edging, mounting, inspection, and quality control of patient orders according to optical prescriptions.
- Shipping & Multi-Site Logistics: Package, label, and coordinate frame and lens inventory transfers between our 4 clinic locations and external labs.
- Inventory & Systems Management: Receive supplier deliveries, verify invoices, enter frame data into our management system, and maintain clean BOH workspaces.
- Peak-Hour Floor Support: Assist the Store Manager during busy clinic hours with patient check-in,
frame styling/selection and sales
Requirements & Qualifications
- Languages: Intermediate to fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual preferred to support our team and diverse patient base).
- Mobility: Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable personal vehicle (or proven ability to commute comfortably between clinic locations in Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton, and Mississauga).
- Skills: Solid manual dexterity, attention to detail, comfort learning digital software/tablets, and a great customer service attitude.
- Availability: Flexible to work full-time hours from Monday to Saturday aligned with store operational hours.
