What You’ll Be Doing
Daily Operations
- Keep the hotel running smoothly and efficiently
- Support your team and make sure guests leave happy
- Jump in where needed — we’re a hands‑on kind of place
People & Culture
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team that looks to you for direction
- Help hire and train new staff
- Build a positive, supportive environment where people enjoy coming to work
Business & Performance
- Work with leadership on building and sustaining progressive revenue strategies
- Keep an eye on key metrics and find ways to improve them
Property Standards
- Make sure the hotel is clean, safe, and well‑maintained
Who You Are
- You’ve got hotel experience or supervisory experience
- You are ready to take on a hands-on role
- You’re a natural leader who likes solving problems and supporting people
- You’re comfortable with tech and hotel systems
- You’re excited about taking ownership and growing into a full manager role
- You’re open to relocating for the right opportunity
- Someone who really puts care into your work
