Responsibilities

- Perform professional skincare services including facials, waxing, and other esthetic treatments with precision and care
- Apply eyelash extensions with attention to detail, ensuring comfort and natural-looking results
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment benefits to promote healthy skin habits
- Manage retail sales by recommending appropriate products that meet clients’ needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly, engaging atmosphere during all client interactions
- Handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and maintaining accurate records




- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience and increase revenue opportunities

Skills

- Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and understand their aesthetic goals
- Experience with eyelash extensions and other popular esthetic treatments
- Proven ability in retail sales and upselling techniques to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
