Your Impact & Responsibilities:

As our Parts Specialist, you will be the backbone of our service operations, utilizing your experience to:

Strategic Parts Management

- Oversee complex work order management and vendor procurement
- Optimize parts availability through proactive vendor relationships
- Lead inventory management and cycle counting initiatives

Customer Excellence

- Deliver exceptional service to both internal service teams and external customers
- Resolve complex parts inquiries using advanced reference systems and catalogs
- Coordinate shipping and logistics for seamless customer experience





Technical Expertise

- Navigate sophisticated parts systems including Intellidealer and vendor platforms
- Create and manage purchase orders across multiple supplier networks
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions and reporting

What You Bring to the Team:

Essential Experience

- 1-3 years of proven success in agricultural, construction, or automotive parts sales
- Working knowledge of CDK Business Systems preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with parts catalogs and vendor systems
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Excel

Professional Attributes

- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Problem-solving mindset with customer-focused approach

- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in related field preferred)
