Vancasa Building Supplies is a fast-growing supplier of fencing, decking, flooring, and outdoor building materials serving contractors, developers, and homeowners. We’re known for modern products, competitive pricing, and a strong presence in the construction industry.

We are looking for a driven, outgoing Sales Representative who is passionate about sales, confident with people, and comfortable using social media as a sales tool.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to grow, enjoys building relationships, and isn’t afraid to put themselves out there—both in person and online. You’ll be working with walk-in customers, contractors, and leads generated through social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively sell Vancasa’s product lines to contractors, builders, and retail customers
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships
- Create and post social media content to promote products (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Confidently engage customers in person, on the phone, and online




- Follow up on leads and proactively seek new business opportunities
- Stay knowledgeable about products, pricing, and promotions
- Meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (construction or building materials is an asset)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable being on camera and creating short-form social media content
- Social-media savvy, especially TikTok and Instagram
- Self-starter with a motivated, competitive mindset
- Outgoing, confident, and professional attitude
- Strong desire to grow sales and advance within the company
