Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and safety-focused Lube Technician / Heavy Truck & Heavy Equipment Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, providing excellent customer service, and performing preventative maintenance on customer fleets in the field.

Responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance on heavy trucks and heavy equipment.
- Complete oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication, fluid services, and scheduled maintenance.
- Conduct inspections and identify potential mechanical or safety concerns.
- Communicate recommended repairs to customers and management.
- Complete work orders accurately and maintain detailed service records.
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and professional service truck.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every job site.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Valid DZ or AZ Driver's Licence (required).
- Minimum 5 years of commercial driving experience.
- Experience servicing heavy trucks and/or heavy equipment is an asset.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue learning.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to protected work practices.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
