Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated, reliable, and skilled LPNs who can work in long‑term care homes, assisted living facilities, and rehabilitation settings. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, and able to adapt to different facility environments.

Responsibilities

- Plan and manage resident care according to their needs
- Obtain patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
- Provide routine care for patients
- Observe patients’ health
- Review medical charts.
- Administer medications.
- Assist with patient comfort.

Requirements

- Valid LPN license with BCCNM (in good standing)
- Current CPR/First Aid (Level C)
- TB test and immunization records (including COVID‑19)
- Clear Criminal Record Check (CRC) with vulnerable sector screening
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read and write English fluently
- 1-2 years experience in a hospital, clinic or facility




- Knowledge of infection control practices and occupational hazards
- Regular lifting and moving clients, equipment and supplies
- Organizational skills and ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
