Pay: $30.00–$39.00 per hour (starting, based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview
We are a manufacturing company specializing in flatbeds and industrial truck accessories. We are looking to hire a 3rd year apprentice or journeyman shop welder with experience in steel and aluminum.
This is a weekday, shop-based position — home every night. Some overtime may be required.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble flatbeds and truck accessories
- MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum
- Fine blending and finishing work (required)
- Read and follow drawings and diagrams
- Maintain quality standards and attention to detail
- Brake and CNC experience would be an asset
- Follow welding procedures and safety requirements
- Meet production deadlines
- Participate in product development and cross-training
Qualifications
- Journeyman welder
- Experience welding steel and aluminum
- MIG and TIG welding experience
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Ability to read fabrication drawings
- Safety-focused mindset
