Job Summary
We are seeking a mature, professional, highly motivated and organized Dental/Orthodontic Assistant to join our practice. The aim is to grow with the practice, involve in building the practice. Looking for the long term hiring for the right candidate with the opportunity to promote to the manager role.
The ideal candidate must have Orthodontics experience.
This role requires excellent communication skills, familiarity with dental office procedures, sterilization, using Itero scanning, Orthodontic patient Pictures, and experience with electronic dental records systems and billing.
Duties
- Assisting Orthodontist for procedures.
- Sterilization.
- Record Keeping, notes taking, etc
- Visiting neighboring dentist for connections.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes,
including collecting payments and scheduling follow-up visits
- Maintain the flow and pace of the clinic.
Skills
- At least 5 years experience as a Dental/Orthodontics assisting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a professional setting.
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
