This opportunity lets you build hands-on experience within a growing jewellery and bullion enterprise.Role SummaryAs an Operations Team Member (Independent Contractor), you support daily business operations through a mix of in-store and remote hybrid tasks based in Vancouver, BC. Flexible remote arrangements are available for administrative and coordination work. You will support consistent back-office and in-store workflows to enable seamless sales and customer experiences.Key Responsibilities

- Organize, track inventory, and maintain accurate product records
- Prepare merchandise for display, shipment and secure storage
- Assist with order processing and provide basic sales support
- Coordinate communication between sales, operations and leadership to resolve operational issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and support small-scale process improvement and system update projects
- Communicate proactively with collaborators to resolve operational matters in a timely manner

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills for inventory tracking,



data review and process improvement support
- Excellent communication for cross-team collaboration and documenting operational activities
- Customer service and sales awareness to support frontline client experience
- Organizational and project coordination capabilities to manage daily tasks and operational projects
- Exceptional attention to detail, reliability and integrity when handling high-value goods and confidential information
- Comfort using standard office software, POS and inventory systems; willingness to learn new digital tools
- Ability to work on location in Vancouver, BC alongside flexible hybrid scheduling
- Prior experience in retail, jewellery, bullion or operations is considered an asset, but not mandatory

Working ArrangementThis is an Independent Contractor engagement. Work volume and schedule are flexible with no mandatory fixed shifts or attendance requirements. Contractors manage their own working time and may pursue external business opportunities subject to agreed terms. Payment is based on completed deliverables; contractors are responsible for their own tax filings, CPP and insurance.

Pay: $18.15-$44.23 per hour
